At Two Roos Paint Crew we take great pride in paying our employees a fair wage, and when you hire us, you help to bring this to life.

Our crew are paid $20/hour right from Day 1 and receive raises based off their hard work and experience.

We hire friendly, hard working young people and they are trained not only about the trade, but how to work respectfully in your space while also being respected on an individual level.

While a career as a painter can be very rewarding, we know it's not for everyone. We offer a job that pays young people the wage they deserve to help them pay for their living expenses, schooling, supplement another part time job, or whatever is right for them in the moment.
